When the mind is absolutely still, when it is no longer engaged in what we call ‘worship’—where every worship has a worshipper and the worshipped, or the thinker and the thing thought of—when the observer and the observed cease as a dual fact and becomes one, resulting in just observance, then what takes place is known as the ‘discovery of the Self’.

Words do not reach there, thoughts do not take place there, it simply is. That that I am.
I was asked last night to assist a dear friend in withdrawal from the body. She feels as though the time has come. Her suffering is immeasurable. However and for what reasons she has refused to meditate the only way to relieve her plight. On the one hand it is over for her. On the other the mind clings to the Maya. She will not board the bus and pay her fair she has a long and arduous walk ahead.
