Amongst the Sufis, there is a saying, which they attribute to Prophet Mohammed:

• February 16, 2015 at 02:04 AMI have been trying to still my mind since last few months, some days i get good connection some time i loose. The mind blocks all that which I want to feel. How should i do my daily activities so that my mind is not entangled in those pictures and sounds which are going to disturb me next day during meditation?
