Love is a many-splendoured entity. Physical love or spiritual love has the same source, although it manifests in different degrees. You cut across all barriers. Who cares for personal consequences? You want to give, want to sacrifice your personal convenience for the sake of your beloved. You are in love. I plead, please, that we fall in love with humanity as a whole. Let us give our love to all, to save human beings, like you and me, at this juncture, before the world is annihilated by hate and violence.

Love of the master.
As you are awake in the stillness of the waking. Gently move from the bed and sit quietly.
Sitting quietly you visualise light perhaps on your forehead and taking it through to your eyes, to your ears, to your throat, and through the whole of your body.
Leave the light in the region of the heart. Do nothing just be aware of the light. As thoughts come in and out allow them to be.
Make a conscious decision to take that light and project it to all people. See the light in others feel the lights in others because you are the light know that they are the same light .
Listen to the breath, follow the breath and the sound So Hum, So Hum, So Hum.( I am He).
Soon this will become the continuous sound of OMMMMMM.
Practice makes perfect. Naturally you will wake from the state meditation. You will not need to do anything other than practice this meditation.
All that Is will be revealed. The inner light, the teacher will show itself. If annihilation of the world is to happen it will happen in the light. Your light and my light the same light.
For the first time a whole human race as we know it maybe exterminated, annihilated deprived of this life experience, however it will happened in the light.
A renaissance a rebirth, where no hate and violence can exist. Trust the lights trust the inner teacher.

Gone over my head-my understanding.
When I come to know about Mr.M.I always be in thoughts ( khayalomein)
How He is ? What kind of food he like ? How he may react to all routine ?
When I have todays quote --my desire --Can I have from Mr.M himself only.
