The school aims to bring about a positive transformation in the community through the students by opening up their minds to the world using the methodology of hands on learning rather than rote.
The volunteer is expected to head the school and play the role of an administrator too for a minimum of 1 year. Age is no bar. Responsibilities include teaching and oversee activities of the school and steer the children's all round development and integration in the community.
