We are delighted to bring to you a retreat with Sri M in Varanasi, the spiritual capital of India. [symple_box color="red" fade_in="false" float="center" text_align="left" width=""]Thank you for the overwhelming response. The Registrations are now Closed ![/symple_box]  

Dates

December 22, 2018 - 11 am onwards - Registration at the venue - 4 pm - Retreat begins December 25, 2018 10 am - Retreat concludes Program details will be provided later .

Cost

Retreat Contribution: Rs 16,000 per person (to be paid in three installments) Children below 10 years are NOT ALLOWED. Children aged 10 years and above will be charged the full amount. Parents with children are requested to ensure that satsangs are not disturbed. This covers accommodation for 3 nights, early morning Tea /Coffee, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Mid-morning and Evening Tea.

Accommodation

• Accommodation will be provided at hotels close to the Retreat Venue. Kindly note the accommodation will be spread out amongst different hotels. • AC rooms with Attached Bathrooms on a Twin sharing/Triple sharing basis • Check in will begin from 11 am onwards on December 22, 2018.

Travel

The above-mentioned cost does not include Travel or Transfers .

Registration Process

Registration will be on FIRST COME FIRST REGISTER BASIS and preference will be given to first timers. It will be closed as soon as the seats are full, with some on the waitlist . Please follow the process step by step 1. To enrol, please click on the Google Forms 1 (link given below), fill all the details and submit. 2. On receipt of your registration form, a Temporary Registration number will be generated and emailed to you within 8-10 days. This email will also have the payment details and Form – 2. 3. Once you receive the Temporary Registration number, please make a payment of Rs 6000 per person - (registration amount non refundable), and a cheque for Rs 6000 dated 01/09/2018 within 7 days. 4. As soon as you have made the payment, fill Form 2 and submit. 5. In case you fail to make the payment and are not able to send Form 2 within 7 days of the receipt of the Temporary Registration number, your registration will be canceled and the seat will be allotted to a waitlisted participant. 6. On receipt of the registration amount and Form 2, a confirmation email will be sent to you . Registration Form

Read these instructions carefully before filling the form • Please fill a separate form for each individual. • In case more than one member of a family would like to register, use one email address for all . Form 1: use the given link https://tinyurl.com/VaranasiRetreat

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your participation, last date for cancellation is August 31, 2018. Temporary/Registration numbers CANNOT be replaced by others of your choice • Payments made CANNOT be adjusted against dues from other participants. • Room allocation will be at the discretion of the organisers Communication to be sent to thevaranasiretreat@gmail.com so that the seat can be given to a waitlisted participant. Please note that the registration amount of Rs 6000 per person is non-refundable. We will return the cheque for Rs 6000 dated 01/09/2018. In case of Cancellation on or after 01/09/2018, you forfeit the entire amount.

Request the organisers to maintain gap between closing the registration of Badrinath program and start of registration for Varanasi program.

This will help people to apply for Varanasi if we don't get for Badari program. Also it will avoid people applying for both and then reject one later.
