3 day Maha Shivir : Wednesday, 15th February to Saturday, 18th February, 2023. Maha Shivaratri celebrations : Saturday, 18th February to Sunday, 19th February 2023. Venue : Madhav Seva Nyas, Near Mahakaal Temple, Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, India

Tentative Program

Kriya initiation will be a part of Maha Shivir. There will be no Kriya initiations during Maha Shivaratri Celebrations.

Options to choose from

For the convenience of participants, a variety of options, including accommodation and without accommodation are being offered. Accommodation is simple and modest. Please review the given below options carefully and choose the one that suits you best. Accommodation Details

• Triple & Quad Sharing: 3 or 4 people in a room with attached Bathroom
• Mini Dormitory: 7-10 Beds in a room with Common Bathrooms
• Large Dormitory: 20-30 Beds in a room with Common Bathrooms
• Without Accommodation: You can make your own stay arrangements and attend the programs. List of nearby hotels is given below.

Registration guidelines

Please read the guidelines carefully before you register 

• For Mahashivir (3-day residential satsang), registrations are open to all, age 10 years and above.
• To register, you will require a UID on ‘The Satsang Foundation Web App’. Please click here in case you have not done it already and complete your profile.
• If you would like to add a family member or a friend along with, you can do so only if you have their UID/registered email for which they should have pre-registered. (See Point 1) (https://app.satsang-foundation.org/faq)
• All members in a booking will have to be in the same participation Option only.
• Contribution : 70% payment within 10 days of confirmation of registration; Balance 30% within 3 weeks of confirmation of registration.
• No Transfers or Refunds: Payments once made are Non-Refundable.
• Registrations are Not-Transferable. Please register only if you are sure of your ability to participate in the program.
• Only registered & confirmed participants will be allowed to participate in the event.
• There will be NO spot registrations.

Registration & Confirmation Process

1. 1. • Registrations start on Sunday, 11th December 2022 at 8.00 am IST and will be closed as soon as the number of entries equals maximum capacity plus waitlist.
      • Members with unique TSF IDs can register on the TSF App.
      • Choose your participation option.
      • Add any other members (with TSF UID) to your booking and Complete Registration Request.
      • An acknowledgement of the registration with a temporary registration number for reference, will be sent immediately.
      • The Events team will process the registration requests within a week of receipt. If seats for your chosen option are full, your spot may be placed on the waitlist and confirmed later based on cancellations.
      • Once you receive your confirmation, you will be required to pay the first instalment within 10 days and the final payment within 21 days of confirmation. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the registration and the spot will allotted to the next person on the list.
