A mind which is not torn by conflict, a mind which is not disturbed by any distractions whatsoever, which does not overindulge, nor is it steeped in lethargy, a mind which is active but calm, mind that is quiet but sensitive, a mind that is like the ocean, the waves come but they don’t affect you.
