You cannot practice attaining freedom in day-to-day life.
Freedom is not something that you practice; it’s something that you attain.
It’s something which is you, which is yourself.
You can’t practice it.

• January 04, 2016 at 02:54 AMThe true nature of one's 'self' is indeed 'free. But in our existential form we are prisoners of our sanskaars/vikars/ due to karmic baggage. Mostly, jivas are unable to unshackle those chains to feel 'free'! And they cannot till they have repaid the 'karmic debts/ settled the account'. Hence the difficulty/delay in 'attaining freedom' as advocated by you? Pray Comment!
