There is nothing on this earth that we can know except through imitation. So, first, practice kindness. Even if it’s an imitation, it doesn’t matter. Imitating a practitioner of kindness is always better than imitating a fellow who is cruel. Practice kindness to all living beings, as much as possible.

Thanks for practical suggestion. I am immitating meditation practice for last 3 yrs. Immitation is easier than real on this Kaliyug ,Kaliyug , May God bless you.Madhav from Mumbai.
