Sri-M-18The Buddhists use the term ‘paraa gati’ to mean ‘one who has walked across’ or ‘one who has gone beyond’. Such a person is called ‘Bodhi’—meaning one who has the 'bodh’. ‘Paraa gati paraa sangati bodhi swaha’ means May I also be like that ‘Bodhi’.
