The Bhagvad Gita says wherever there is a manifestation of goodness,
energy, power, position, status and knowledge - especially knowledge - it is a manifestation of the Supreme Being. But, it may be an ‘amsha avatara’, meaning part manifestation; not a ‘poorna avatara’ of the Supreme.
