The Dhyana sloka in the Bhagvad Gita says: “Sarvo Upanishado Gaavo—all the Upanishads are cows; Dugdha Gopala Nandana—the one milks them is Krishna, the cowherd boy;
Partho Vatsaha—Partha or Arjuna is the calf (for whom the cow produces milk);
Sudhir Bohkta—the wise are the one who enjoy it; Dugdham Gita Amritam Mahat—the milk of immortality, the great nectar of immortality.”

(the result milk )
(Arjun Calf drinks milk )
श्लोक का सारांश यही है को जो साधक अर्जुन की तरह अपनी इनद्रियो को वश कर इश्वर को भ जता है वह परम सुख व् शान्ति को पता है udhir bhokta -who enjoy this type of nectar of immortality)

Slokas of the Gita can be explained in many ways depending upon time place and situation and the listeners/followers. If we say only one explanation is perferct, then actually we doubt the perfection of the Gita itself.We can not limit it. The real purpose
is to experience the Truth or Brahma.
Gita is also a great poetry. And in literature one can enjoy or explain the work his own way as the essence is not compromised.
Truth be told, in Indian philosophy, cow is symbol of earth. Even in the story of Vishwamitra and Vashista, the holy cow Kamadenu is truly the land of Bharatavarsha for whom the other surrounding nations came to aid at war against the former one- the king turned sage.
