If the desire or intense desire to be free of suffering arises in a human mind,
that mind need not be an extraordinary intellectual or any such thing.
It could just be an ordinary person but the intensity of desire to get out of suffering is mainly emotional, not intellectual.
When that emotion arises, when that feeling appears, then one can completely direct oneself towards the way by which one can be free.
