As you read the Upanishads, you will find in many places, that the seeker of the truth is addressed ‘Satya Kama’. It could be a name, but then Sanskrit is an ancient language and every name has a meaning. It is not just a meaningless name. It is a verbal language.
So, ‘Satya Kama’ means one whose desire, whose only desire, is the ‘Truth’.

Or
If the truth is all within us and the source is within us, why is it made so complicated ?
As we are brought up with conditioned brain , then supposed to lose all this knowledge, and get to the truth.
Is it some kind of game?

Sri-M-on-Yoga
Yoga is the stilling of the mind.
Yoga is the cessation of all the modifications of the mind.
Yoga is freeing the mind from all its distractions.
......Have we ever tried to still our mind?...Or atleast seriously tried explore it? As JK had said....the answer lies in the question.
