Freedom is our birth right. Our true self, the atman is free; it does not need to be freed from anything. It is free because it is complete, ‘poorna’. ‘Poornamadah’ that completeness is actually you in your true essence. ‘Tat tvam asi’ You are that! Realise O human being, Realise O man that you are eternally free. Never have you been conditioned, never have you been bound. It’s all in the mind that you are bound or conditioned.
