The theory of tantra is that the sexual energy which you know, for all human beings after food and shelter – is the most enjoyable experience. It is that same energy – the sexual energy – which is sublimated to travel up in the upward direction, instead of the downward direction.

Firstly I am not any kind of practitioner
But Gurudev has always stated that tantra is practiced attending to all kinds of physical Manifestation to neutralize the pleasure and eventually get disinterested and detachment from them in a natural process where there is no force applied
Gurudev will explain better
ofcourse

• April 14, 2018 at 03:06 AMHi Guruji,
In sex we loose the energy and the feelings lose with in few seconds but in Tantra we achieve the energy and it is forever. May be the feelings are same but the energy is different. Please correct if I am wrong.
Could you please specify these energy travel upwards through kundalini(kshadadhara chakras-six) or any other way?
I am also interested to study the tantra. Kindly help me..
Regards,
Retheesh
