When one has discovered one’s true freedom, is it irreversible? I think, the question need not be asked. Once you have realized your freedom, when you have realized that you have ever been free, how can it be reversed?

Dear Brothers
Gurudev has always stated that there are no short cuts.
And believe that this being the toughest YOGA needs to be observed even while all physical and mental activity by being completely focused on the current action with out the mind wandering else where .

This was stated by gurudev in many times

Every thing is about being in the present state
It is like offering your all your Actions to gurudev the Devine Soul
NOT EASY For ANY BODY

Not reversed, dear Sri, but maybe cannot be sustained. Able to experience in long meditation in Himalayas but living in the city working in a windowless room 12 hours a day....truly the challenge. Is it even possible?

Guruji,

Please give a few words of advice for advancing on the path of spirituality.
I get dejected sometimes due to an intellectual acceptance of the truth but having zero realization.

I believe and I know that the sprit of Krishna is in you.
Otherwise how is it possible that gurudev you can address and guide so many different human minds, and that too selflessly. In most cases you must have not even met the person physically, but you are still there for him if you find sincerety.

words cannot express gratitude and devotion both.
Love you
