Very often, we tend to mistake tamas – tamo guna – for sattva. Sattva is goodness and calmness and quietness. Tamo guna is not goodness and calmness and quietness but laziness, sloth and pretending to be good.

• May 22, 2018 at 09:43 PMThe one who sees is seeing what's happening and some peacefulness is felt but the waves that suddenly come up are generating some currents in the mind. The friction is taking place and the only way is talking it out right now but I don't want to do this anymore just want to be the silent one where everything that arises, falls to become the one itself. I understand that I am the ocean but the vastness is yet to be felt. Hope to see you oneday in this life sir if I become worthy of it.
