• May 19, 2015 at 01:44 PMif i am watching as an other person on my mind, the root of anger that is insulting,forced to do something against our will, laying in our mind in sleeping mode.we think that we forgive-and forget that.But when you feel sequences of that past action forced on your life you or you are suffering with the action done in past .you had no way except surrender or forgive.once you win then forgive to them then the past memories will not disturb you

This is so very very difficult. so very very difficult..
hatred is so sticky in my system. It never leaves.. I may pretend to forgive, or I may stay away from the person that hurts me, but the anger and need for vengeance are so deep seated...
I recognize the need to feel avenged so many times. I'm tired of the way my mind works.
