Dates :

Description :

Retreat Contribution : Rs 12500 per person.(to be paid in three installments) This includes accommodation for 3 nights, early morning Tea / Coffee, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, mid -morning and evening tea.

Accommodation :

• Accommodation will be provided at Treasure Island, a luxurious Resort on Triple or quadruple sharing Basis. • Good AC rooms with Attached Bathrooms. • Check in will begin from 11 am onwards on 1st Feb 2018 Program at the Retreat will commence at 4 pm on 1st Feb 2018

Travel :

The above-mentioned cost does not include travel. On request, if there are considerable numbers of people, Group Transfer arrangements vehicles can be made from convenient pick up points in Mumbai / Pune/ Airport to take the participants to the retreat venue, at an extra cost. Registration Process :

Registration will be on FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS and will be closed as soon as the seats are full. Please follow the process step by step. 1. To enroll, please click on the Google Forms 1 (link Given below), fill all the details and submit. 2. On receipt of your registration form, a Temporary Registration number will be generated and emailed to you within 8-10 days. This email will also have the payment details and Form – 2. 3. Once you receive the Temporary Registration number, please make the payment of Rs 5000 per person; registration amount (non refundable) and a cheque dated 1st January 2018 for an amount of Rs 4000 within 7 days. 4. As soon as you have made the payment, fill Form 2 and submit. 5. In case you fail to make the payment and are not able to send Form 2 within 7 days of the receipt of the Temporary Registration number, your registration will be canceled and the seat will be allotted to the waitlisted participant. 6. On receipt of the registration amount and Form 2, a confirmation email will be sent to you 7. The final payment of Rs 3500 will be collected in CASH at the time of check in on 1st Feb 2018.

Cancellation :

If you wish to cancel your participation, last date for cancellation is 31st Dec 2017. Communication to be sent at thesahyadriretreat@gmail.com so that the seat can be given to the waitlisted participant. Please note that the registration amount of Rs 5000 per person is non refundable. However,we will return the cheque dated 1st Jan 2018 of Rs 4000/-. Cancellation on or after 1st January 2018, you forfeit the entire amount.
