We are pleased to share that from 21.11.2015 - 22.11.2015, we are inviting Mrs Zahabbiya Walbeek to hold a Yoga camp at the Riverview Retreat. This two day and one night camp is planned to include Yogasanas, Pranayama, and exercises in Awareness. In addition you are invited to participate in the on going crafts project on the premises of the Retreat. This short camp is a precursor to other Yoga camps to be organized at this Retreat Centre. Zahabbiya has done teachers training courses based on the principles of Bihar School of Yoga and Kaivalyadham Yoga institute. She is a certified RYT-200 hrs Yoga teacher from Yoga alliance. Having experienced Yoga as a life style, she is dedicated to sharing the benefits with others.

More Details

Those interested in joining this camp are requested to contact : Dr Tejinder Walia at riverviewpanchgani@satsang-foundation.org or via Mobile phone on +91 9823271502.

This yoga camp has set the tone for the other such camps to follow. The teacher was much appreciated. The sessions on Yogasanas and Pranayama were followed by Sri M's audio instructions on Meditation. The participants found these to be useful and lucid. There were some interesting discussions and even more interesting periods of Silence.
For various reasons the number was very small. We had expected around 15 participants but only five outstation and three local persons could attend. The timming of the camp being held immediately after Deepawali and the unexpected rains for the past three days effected the plans.
Those of you who missed this one should consider joining the Retreat beginning from the 28th. The students and educationists interested in traditional knowledge systems should specially consider participating in this one.
