• February 13, 2017 at 08:52 AMVery well said sir ....
It's true that the real test will be in this sansaric life...only and not in that Cave .But after the years long achievements from Sadhana if one needs to return back to the same duniyadaari of kya khoya aur kya paya, then y spend those long years in the meditation?

• September 26, 2016 at 07:32 PMI fully agree, i have my own business with 5 employees. I have to deal with all the wishes and demands and expectations from my customers. I am very happy and grateful that i have learned at young age about meditation and spirituality. From that perspective i can help the people and deal with all different kind of situations. When I tend to loose my balance and may become angry, or loos patience etc. I have a shortcut to be able to become in balance again very soon. By going back to the breath and be conscious of the energy in the spine. I realy think that a normal balanced life, with work, family life etc. is the playground to evolve spiritualy and that spirituality is not aan escape but an opportunity! An opportunity for a better and more happy life! Everyday gives you new chances to express yourSelf. Etc.

• September 25, 2016 at 05:07 AMNamaste.Thanks...great answer by Sir. Makes us think all over again. It throws light on why it is said that sadhana and day today life are not two different things or rather both are to be executed simultaneously.
